Cohort Constellations Intake

An incredibly effective, efficient, intuitive, participatory group process that supports organizations, businesses, projects, collectives + communities

Purpose

The intake is a complete process unto itself. A moment to dig deep. Reflect. Look at what, why + how you’re doing. What you need + want. What’s challenging. What’s ready to shift. In this ‘Part 1’ Intake Process, we are mapping the ecology of your group + project, with the goals of > 1) Clarifying the Purpose for your Constellation/s. 2) Tracing patterns so you can see more clearly. 3) Helping me understand the landscape of your group/project.

Overview

1) We schedule your 1-hour Intake + you pay the $111 deposit
2) Your team prepares for the Intake > See details below
3) Once your form is submitted, we do your 1-hr Intake
4) At this time, we’ll schedule your 3-hr Constellation/s
5) I’ll make an Event Page + we both invite people to join
6) Upon completion of your session, you complete payment

Prepare

Your Intake will take 1 hour by phone, zoom, or in-person. It helps if your key team members are present because the Intake process often refines the purpose + activates The Field. Here is how to prepare…

1) Designate 1-2 people from your team to fill out the Intake Form below
2) Make your notes + then share them with your team before submitting
3) Ensure your team is aligned around the purpose of the Constellation
4) Come with 3 potential dates/times that work for your Constellation
5) Again, review + be clear with your team before submitting the form

This is a thorough list + may take some time. Please touch on each category, but focus on what’s most important to you + your team at this time. For example, if you want your Constellation to focus on finances, give more detail on that question. That said, even the questions below that may not seem relevant most likely are. This will give me a systems perspective on the ecology of your group + project. Note: What you share here will remain confidential.

BIZ STRUCTURE: What is your ownership model.ie: LLC, nonprofit, private ownership, cooperative, etc? What are the power dynamics like between owners + key stakeholders?

FINANCES: How’s your budget? Do you have what you need? Are you in right relationship with money? What are your main income streams? Are you meeting your financial goals? Any imbalances?

STRENGTHS + RESOURCES: What’s thriving? Resources, assets, strengths, etc.

CHALLENGES: What's hard? Struggles, stuck places, hardships, traumas?

PAST: Any significant traumas, fractures, divisions, hauntings, unwell parts?

KEY QUESTIONS: What are your next steps + key questions? Is it time to expand? Ideal scenarios? What are you trying to figure out? What are your main inquiries at this time? What is your assessment of where you’re at?

Option 1: For one Constellation at a time

USD $111 deposit is needed to confirm your intake appointment
USD $444 payment is due upon completion of your constellation
USD $500 payment is due for each Constellation thereafter

Option 2: Purchase a package of 3 Constellations

USD $111 deposit is needed to confirm your intake appointment
USD $888 package of 3 Constellations to be used within 12 weeks
USD $999 total > Save $555 when you buy a 3-Session Package
