How it works
3-Part Series: Groups + projects are multi-faceted + multi-layered. 3 sessions will allow your group to more deeply explore + reap the benefits of the Constellation process.
Intake: We’ll arrange a 1-hour intake by phone, or in-person. Founders, owners, stewards + other community members can all help clarify your collective purpose, needs + influences for this Constellation.
Schedule: Before or during your intake, we’ll set the date/s for your Constellation/s—each of which will be 3 hours. These will take place in-person or on Zoom.
Participants: Members of your team are encouraged to join as active participants +/or as witnesses. Others who know nothing of your work are also welcome to join as 'neutral’ participants.
Process: I, as facilitator, will invite participants to step into The Field, representing parts of the system that we are constellating. No one will know what they are representing, though they will intuitively embody it > this works every time! Dynamics will emerge that reveal + realign what’s in the way + what’s needed to support your forward momentum. Each session we do will inform the direction of the next session.

Includes: 20-minute assessment call to see if this is a good fit for you + 1-hour intake + 3-hour Constellation (each time) + event organizing & outreach on your behalf + 30-min progress calls between the 3 sessions
